Engineer Speculations

This post is merely me discussing possible engi updates.

Welder:

-replaces wrench
-does 25% less damage to players
-cost 15 less metal to build buildings
- buildings upgrade faster

This is my only real idea for the engineer based off the teaser. Comment with ideas you have!
